What the form sends

The request form sends the selected pieces and quantities, your name, email, optional phone number, delivery area, and any notes you provide to the website’s order database. The site owner can access these details to review and respond to the request.

What the tracking link shows

The private tracking link shows the selected pieces, status, quote, approved payment instructions, payment reference you submit, and any fulfillment update. It does not show your contact information. Anyone with the full link can access this view, so keep it private.

Payments and notifications

The website does not collect card numbers, banking passwords, PINs, or OTPs. A payment link opens the provider’s own page. Manual transfers and QR payments are checked by the owner before the website records payment confirmation. No automatic email notifications are sent by this release.
